Our Philosophy
Blue Mountains Wellness Studio is an organization dedicated to promoting health through yoga, wellness workshops, therapeutic massage and fitness. With a practical approach to wellness, we facilitate the advancement of personal health and well-being. We promote a spirit of personal growth, peace and self-improvement for people of all ages by creating a non-violent, positive, relaxing and health-encouraging atmosphere. BMWS seeks to assist and inspire individuals to achieve their very best in physical and mental health.
Our Studio
Yoga means: “Union of body, mind and spirit.” Generations of people have experienced the benefits of yoga. Yoga helps to obtain and maintain a healthy body and a clear mind. With this valuable balance, yoga practitioners often find strength to manage everyday situations. Blue Mountains knows what it takes: here you can learn to breathe better, move more consciously and relax more deeply to achieve your goals and dreams.
Participants may start anytime and your first class is free. To learn yoga correctly and safely we have only qualified and experienced yoga teachers. With Blue Mountains you can experience the healing and strengthening essence of this ancient Eastern philosophy in a new urban form. As yoga has its beneficial effects on your body and mind, so does the atmosphere and environment in which you practice. Warm light, calm and space come together inside our studio. You, your friends and family are always welcome here!
